Welcome to our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic website. All TCM practitioners providing consultations and services at our clinic are registered with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

互补疗法说明：中医属于补充/替代疗法。强烈建议患者同时咨询其全科医生（GP）或专科医生以获取西医诊疗评估。Complementary Care: TCM is a complementary therapy. Patients are strongly advised to consult their General Practitioner (GP) or relevant medical specialist for conventional medical evaluation.

3. 预约挂号、取消规则与费用 / Appointments, Cancellations & Fees

患者可通过网络、电话或现场预约诊疗。为保障诊所正常运营及其他患者的就诊权益，施行以下预定及取消规则：

Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in-person. To ensure smooth clinical operations, the following cancellation policy applies:

取消预订规则：如需修改或取消预约，必须在原定就诊时间前至少提前 48小时通知诊所。Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time.
迟到/未到（No-Show）费用：提前少于 48小时取消或无故缺席者，诊所有权收取最高达预定诊察费 50% 的费用。提前少于 24 小时取消或无故缺席者，诊所有权收取最高达预定诊察费 100% 的费用。Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notification, may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled consultation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notification, may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the scheduled consultation fee.
私人医疗保险/HICAPS报销：本诊所支持 HICAPS 现场刷卡报销符合条件且包含针灸/推拿附加险（Extras）的澳洲私人医疗保险。具体报销比例与限额取决于您的保险公司规定。Private Health Insurance / HICAPS: HICAPS instant claiming is available for eligible Australian Private Health Insurance funds (Acupuncture / Remedial Massage). Rebates depend entirely on your private health fund cover level.

4. 隐私保护与健康档案 / Privacy & Health Records

我们严格按照澳大利亚 1988 年隐私法 (Privacy Act 1988)、澳大利亚隐私原则 (APPs)及相关州健康档案法规保护您的个人及敏感健康数据。We handle your personal and sensitive health information in strict compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and relevant State health records legislation (e.g., Health Records and Information
Privacy Act 2002 (NSW)).

数据收集与用途：我们收集个人及病史信息仅用于提供安全的中医诊疗、撰写病历档案、结账及诊后联络。Collection & Use: We collect personal details and health histories solely for providing safe TCM care, maintaining clinical notes, billing, and communication.
保密承诺：未经您的明确知情同意，您的病历档案绝不会泄露给第三方，但澳大利亚法律要求或法院下令的强制披露除外。Confidentiality: Your medical records will never be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by Australian law or court orders.

5. 澳大利亚消费者法保障 / Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

根据澳大利亚《2010 年竞争与消费者法》附表 2（ACL），我们的服务包含不可排除的法定保证。本条款中的任何内容均不旨在限制、排除或修改 ACL 赋予您的任何法定消费者权益。

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any statutory consumer rights guaranteed under the ACL.
